Tatvaro

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Tatvaro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Tatvaro provides software for independent tattoo artists to take bookings, collect deposits, capture digital consent waivers, and manage client records. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended per artist. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and operate a tattoo business where you work.

3. Your clients' data

When you collect client information through Tatvaro (bookings, waivers), you are the data controller for that information and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for complying with applicable privacy and consent laws in your location. Tatvaro processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, including encrypting sensitive waiver fields at rest.

4. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Client deposits and balances are paid to your own connected Stripe account — Tatvaro does not hold your funds. Paid Tatvaro plans are billed on a recurring basis; a platform fee may apply to deposits as disclosed in-app. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Tatvaro to break the law, tattoo minors where prohibited, misuse others' data, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Intellectual property

Tatvaro and its software are our property. Your content (your portfolio, shop details, client records) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

Tatvaro is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tatvaro is a tool, not legal advice — you are responsible for ensuring your waivers, consent process, and business practices meet the requirements of your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatvaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Tatvaro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
